November-December 2003 - various local changes
Numbers were changed in some specific communities due to introduction of digital facilities. 6-digit subscriber numbers replaced the 3- or 4-digit numbers in these cases. Some new numbers may be introduced in the new format, or some changes to subscriber numbers may not necessarily be a straightforward prepending of digits to the old subscriber numbers.
